Business Analyst (3 days/week – 6 month contract)

Working in a role that covers both project management and delivery, you will be reporting to the Project Manager. This is a rare part-time role, encompassing a lot of flexibility, offered as an initial 6-month contract. There will likely be an opportunity to extend the position. Critical to this position is the integration and implementation of this aggregator’s tech stack. This is a highly visible role, encompassing work with key stakeholders to support the companies growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, documentation and analysis detailed business requirements from stakeholders from different projects
- Evaluate existing business process and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Develop functional specifications and design solutions that align with business needs
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and support UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Interpret and analyse date to provide insights and recommendations that support decision making and project success
To be successful in this role, you will have BA experience in a similar environment, preferably with a mortgage focused lender. Previous experience working alongside a project manager and assisting in the development of new processes and products is highly desirable. Knowledge of the regulatory environment, technical proficiency and relevant degree qualifications are essential. Applicants with Nextgen experience will be looked upon favourably.
