About the Role

You will be responsible for the growth and development of this company’s broker network. This is a great opportunity for someone to use their excellent communication skills to increase brand awareness and build brand consideration with commercially accredited brokers. You will use your strategic and innovative skills to build and maintain relationships, while also generating new business through the management of a commercial broker portfolio. This role is located in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing sector expertise across this organisations products and processes
  • Actively seeking new referral sources and developing business relationships
  • Compliance and accreditation activities
  • Work with internal marketing team to develop selling tools.
  • Calling new contacts to acquire new partners.
  • Discovering new commercial growth areas that will increase revenue generation.
  • Increase brand awareness and drive brand utilisations with commercially accredited brokers.

  
About you

You will be a self-motivated individual, with the ability to adapt to market changes. It is required that you have previously been in a similar role in the financial services and lending industry and have experience dealing with a third-party broker network. You will need to show flexibility and sales flair.
