This Sydney based organisation offers a unique finance solution to the Australian market, with exciting plans for International expansion. Working with some of the best minds in the market, this business is looking to consolidate on solid financial results with further plans to grow and expand in new markets.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will enjoy the vibrant team environment and culture that this organisation eschews. This role offers a wide variety of client service responsibilities and will suit someone who has a passion for offering world class customer service. Ideally suited to a candidate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with their applications for financial loans. Follow up the loans and relevant documentation with designated stakeholders
- Create and organise borrower files including associated documentation
- Troubleshoot any issues that come up with the application process. Utilising your initiative and problem solving skills
- Address client enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring any issues are followed up
- Other projects as required. No two days are the same – this is a fast moving business that will suit someone who is happy to jump in and assist where needed
Suitable applicants for this role will possess customer service experience in legal, financial or financial services environment, with an understanding of the lending process. You are an excellent communicator with a “can do” attitude, and a willingness to move quickly between the various aspects of the role. You enjoy working with customers, have a thirst for professional growth and love being organised. Experience in various CRM systems such as Salesforce and Xero will be well regarded. You must be prepared to work in the Sydney CBD office 5 days a week – trust us, you’ll love it!
