Reporting to the tCredir Manager you will be responsible for assessing home loan applications, within your DLA level. This is a busy, high-volume environment, so you will enjoy the challenge of working with a focused happy team who like getting results for their customers. You will enjoy the opportunity to work both autonomously but also to have exposure to career mentors and possibly move into the Broking credit team down the track if that appeals to you. A mix of work from home and the office in the Sydney CBD is offered.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing home loan applications
Manage pipeline of applications with excellent communication to customer and internal stakeholders
Ensure all risk and compliance standards are met
Troubleshoot problems that arise with applications / the Credit process
To be successful in this role you will have existing residential lending credit assessment experience, ideally with a DLA between $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. You have a positive attitude to work and people, you display great attention to detail and have polished written and verbal communication skills. You have strong computer skills and the ability to work autonomously in an environment that is busy but rewarding. Competitive remuneration available and annual discretionary bonus structure, is on offer.
