This newly created HR Business Partner role is a greenfield opportunity to play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across the group to deliver operational support and implement HR solutions. This role will have 2 direct reports and will actively contribute to the delivery of the broader organisational wide HR strategy and projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all HR matters and employee enquiries
- Cultivate trusted relationships with line managers and senior stakeholders across the business and client groups
- Support on key areas such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and change management.
- Identify training needs and lead the establishment of employee development and leadership programs
- Work on HR projects
- HR reporting including HR analytics
To be successful in this role you will be a Financial Services HR practitioner with a number of years of relevant industry experience. Insurance sector knowledge is desirable but not essential. You are a confident communicator, able to hold your own with big personalities. You have very strong recent working knowledge of the Australian HR industrial framework and legislation, including WHS. This role would suit an HR all-rounder who is ready to take their next step in their career. Ideally you are qualified with a relevant degree. You are an independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
