This new permanent role, is a greenfield opportunity for someone with a passion for Risk and some HR capability. Reporting to the Head of, you will enjoy the autonomy this role provides, coupled with the opportunity to get to know a variety of key stakeholders across the business. Collaboration is key to this role and working within a positive work environment with like minded professionals, will make it easier to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Continuous Improvement including adapting existing process for better efficiency
  • Legislative Compliance and Risk Management, from an HR perspective
  • Governance of HR programs and project delivery
  • Report design and facilitating report preparation
  • Project work

This role would suit someone with experiencing in building risk profiles, consulting with business and a working knowledge of HR. Knowledge of HR legislation will be important, as will experience in providing legislative guidance, and experience in change management. This is an autonomous position, managing a function rather than a large team. It could suit someone stepping into a manager role, who is building their career, or a seasoned professional who is looking to divert from a “BAU” HR role to something more strategic. Well rounded communication skills including presentation capabilities are important in this role, as are skills in developing professional relationships. Candidates with finance industry experience will be looked upon favorably.
