Reporting to an experienced, dynamic HR Manager you will join the business in a Payroll / HR Coordinator position in Orange. Responsible for running the fortnightly payroll and conducting associated reconciliations, you will also be involved in HR activities including policy and procedure work. You will enjoy the fast paced nature of this role along with the dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fortnightly payroll processing
  • Associated tax and superannuation responsibilities
  • Reconciliations, salary packaging, termination calculations and audit preparation
  • HR policy and procedure development
  • Managing employee records including HR administration support
  • HR and Payroll reporting
  • Support for implementation of new payroll / HR system

You will bring to this role, extensive high-volume payroll experience including end to end payroll management, up to date knowledge of relevant superannuation, tax and salary packaging requirements. You are a confident payroll expert who can troubleshoot problems, handle employee queries professionally and you adopt an organised, methodical approach to your work. Ideal candidates will possess systems implementation experience, strong excel skills, along with HR knowledge. Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a team approach, are essential for this role.
