About the Role
Reporting to the National Manager, this role will be supporting the Business Development Managers (BDMS) in expanding their broker network. You will be responsible for contributing to the organisations revenue and maintaining their settlement goals for the year. Being able to manage both inbound and outbound calls, and having a high broker retention rate is key in succeeding in the role. This role has become available due to an expansion of the current team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of inbound loan applications
  • Outbound calls to brokers
  • Reporting and logging of all call activity
  • Monitor non-relationship managed broker applications and advise BDM’s when ready to finalise.
  • Ensure the services of brokers are retained, and all relationships are maintained.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. A high level of customer service, and excellent communication is key to being successful. High attention to detail, resiliency, hardworking and authenticity are key personal attributes that are seen in the ideal candidate. The ability to have clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and being able to work in a fast-paced environment is required.  This role could suit someone from a diverse range of early financial services backgrounds such as customer facing roles. It is essential you have 1-2 years of experience in this sector.
