Reporting to the CEO, the Senior HR Manager role manages 3 direct reports and influences key people decisions across the organisation. Responsible for the full life cycle of an employee, this role works to ensure key items such as HR frameworks, performance reviews, training and remuneration strategy are executed well. As a trusted advisor you will work with stakeholder groups across the business.

- HR Reporting and Analytics
- Performance and talent management
- Compliance and Policy Administration
- Development and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Liaise with key internal departments for related projects or issues arising, such as Finance department regarding payroll, and WHS Manager on Safety
- Employee relations and engagement
- Support HR projects
To be succesful in this role you will an true HR generalist, ideally degree qualified and willing to travel for up to 7 weeks of the year to visit work locations. You will bring a depth of Australian HR experience, ideally with blue collar or outdoor workers as well as professional staff. An ability to interpret awards and understand FairWork Act is imperative and rem and benefits experience is ideas. You are an excellent communicator, adept at balancing business risks balanced with commercial concerns. Building effective business relationships is what makes you tick and you have a proactive approach to problem solving.
On offer is a base salary up to $200,000p.a. (commensurate with skills and experience), short term incentive program and potential relocation package. You will have the opportunity to work in one of regional NSW’s most beautiful, thriving regional cities, Orange, and balance country living with a professional HR career.
