This role will support the business by working as a Collections Team Leader in the Asset Finance Operations. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in key decisions internally applicable to the credit and collections function process for Australian and New Zealand Asset Finance customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Team leader for Asset Finance collections
  • Ensure that delinquent accounts are reviewed and managed
  • Ensure reporting and analysis is completed on a monthly basis
  • Support management in other deliverables including continuous improvement

Key to this role will be your ability to work in a Asset Finance Operations environment, work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally. This is an opportunity to use your solid collections  background at a team leader level and take your skills to the next level in a dynamic commercial environment. Will look at candidates from the retail Banking/ non-bank Mortgages operators and outsourced mortgage operations providers.

The successful candidate will have 2-5+ years team leader/management experience gained locally. Ideally you will have gained your collections/credit experience in a similar environment as listed with commercial experience from industry in particularly mortgages. You will also have excellent written and communication skills, be able to work under your own initiative and are results driven. Strong customer service background is a must.
You must be able to work in Parramatta with some travel to the city required for further management meetings.
