Referencing & Feedback

We check references of final candidates, giving you piece of mind that you are employing the right person. Working with you and the candidate, we negotiate an employment offer and facilitate the relevant close out processes such as employment forms and letter of offer. We follow up with the chosen candidate regularly between offer and start date and keep in touch once they have commenced employment with you, to ensure a smooth transition.
