About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for running a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Retention experts. You will have the opportunity to build and grow a team of 8-10, while developing and implementing sales systems that allow better workflow and business efficiencies. Managing a team with varied levels of experience and expertise, this role has a remit to drive changes that support and enable better sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching, Leading and Mentoring the team
- Develop and implement the new sales system including business process improvement
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to ensure successful sales events
- Ensure the team is hitting all targets as measured by business sales targets
- Assist C Suite leaders with projects
- Planning, forecasting and organising settlements
- Participate in key daily decisions and formulating the companies future direction
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a high-paced sales environment, preferably in a C suite or Head of role. You will be an excellent verbal and written communicator and be able to influence internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a nurturing approach with an ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets, whilst fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Individuals with Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
